Sealed TENDERS are invited for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of “ FIVE Nos GPS installed at New Delhi, Mumbai , Kolkata , Chennai and Guwahati , with server and peripherals.

Tender documents (Schedule) containing work order details with detailed terms & conditions may be obtained from Director I&P (Satellite Meteorology Division) Sat. Met. Building, Mausam Bhavan Complex, Lodi Road, New Delhi -3, Room No. 403 on payment of Rs. 200/= = (Rupees Two hundred only) through Bank Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of “Asstt. Meteorologist (DDO), DGM’s Office” payable at New Delhi.

The Pre bid meeting has been fixed on 14.11.2011 at 03.00 P.M in Room No. 505 INSAT building, Lodi Road New Delhi -3.

The last date of receipt of Tender Document/Schedule is 28 -11-2011, 0300 p.m.; and will be opened on 18-11-2011, 0330 p.m. in the presence of tenderers, if any.

Tender Notice/Documents (Schedule) can also be had from IMD website www.imd.gov.in. However the cost of documents i.e.Rs.200 has to be deposited in the form of a bank draft in favour of AM,(DDO), Office of DGM, IMD, payable at New Delhi along with the TENDER.
