Sub : Shifting of AMSS Palam ( Communication Unit)

This office hereby invites the sealed quotations for shifting of the following Hardware items from AMSS Palam (Old Building Terminal_II, ) I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi to AMO Palam (ATC Complex, Tr-II) I.G.I. Airport New Delhi (Distance 1 KM) latest by 1^st June 2012. The bids will be opened on 4^th June 2012 at 1500 hrs. The sealed quotations may be addressed to “The Scientist – E, Officer In-Charge, Meteorological Office, ATS Building I.G.I. Airport Tr-2, New Delhi - 110037. All Hardware to be shifted may be seen at MET. COMPUTER CENTRE, AMSS Palam, Room No. 20, Admin Block, Old Building Tr-II, I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi-110037(Phone No 011-25652398) between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs on working days. The representative of bidder may attend the opening on the scheduled date and time in MET. COMPUTER CENTRE, AMSS Palam, Room No. 20, Admin Block, Old Building Tr-II, I.G.I. Airport, New Delhi-110037. The Dy. Director General has the full rights to reject or accept any or all the quotation without assigning any reason.

The work which have to be done

1. Fixation of about 25 Power points and 25 Network points in ATC building.

2. De-installation of all Instruments from AMSS unit.

3. Transportation of all Items to ATC Building.

4. Installation of all Instruments.

4. Muxes & Assesories : i) 2 Nos (Contained in 3 Racks)

6. Routers & Switches : i) 2 Routers & Cables

ii) 2 Switches & Cables : Contained in 1 Rack

7. IVRS System : 2 Nos with CPU, Monitors, UPS, EPBAX and Assesories

8. 20 KVA UPS : 2 Nos , including Power Distribution Box and its

Assesories

9. UPS Battery Bank : 128X4 batteries contained in 2 Racks.

10. Power Distribution Board : 1 No.

11. System Sofware : 20 Boxes.
