1.         Sealed Quotation are invited from manufacturers/ authorised Dealers for the supply of under mentioned

            Stores as per terms and conditions of India Meteorological Department

2.         The respective quotations should be sent with the File No., due date & name of the stores and addressed to Deputy Director General Of Meteorology (Upper Air Instruments), India Meteorological Department, Lodi road, New Delhi- 110003.

3.         The Tenders will be received with their respective of date of opening up to 03.00 P.M. and will be opened thereafter.  Representatives of tenderers are welcome to attend the opening of the Tenders.

3. SAMPLE (5 pieces) TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THE QUOTATION.

4. authorise dealership / agent certificate should be enclosed with THEQUOTATION .

5.  MAKE & PRICE LIST OF THE MANUFACTURES SHOULD BE ENCLOSED WITH THE QUOTATION                                                   

  6.    QUOTATIONS SHOULD BE VALID FOR MINIMUM OF 60 DAYS.

7. Tender documents may be obtained from this office on payment of DD of any nationalized bank for an amount of Rs100/- .
